Mori Seafood is a fishing business based in picturesque Port Lincoln, South Australia. We live by the sea and we work by the sea. Our mission is to share with the world the best seafood from the surrounding Southern Ocean. And to do this in a sustainable way that allows future generations to also enjoy this life by the sea. Hence, all of our processes embrace best practice – from point of capture to our customers’ hands.

We meticulously select our suppliers. Each of them aims to be the best in their field while sharing our vision and values. Together we work to ensure the integrity of our supply chain and quality of our products.
We listen to and work with our customers. Our ongoing product diversification is often due to customers’ requests for new products. One example of this is our innovative MORITUNA line. This vacuum packed Southern Bluefin Tuna enables high-end restaurants to deliver the best quality to their customers, as if the tuna had been caught only minutes before. It is now the flagship of our seafood products, complementing our core business of live lobster and tuna processing.

Mori Seafood has joined the Ferguson Australia Group in 2015, comprised of Ferguson Australia and Five Star Seafoods, both also specialising in Southern Rock Lobster and sharing the same values, together sourcing and supplying Australian seafood within Australia and worldwide.
